The response time and communication with Al at PHAT was what sold me initially on this excellent team. Quote was reasonable for my three story century home. And the amount didn’t change, despite the old window complications.
Quincy and Alex arrived with a keen professional work ethic and were excellent. Boss Al retuned a couple days later to help out with couple old house window idiosyncratic issues.
Overall PHAT exceeded our expectations.
My windows have NEVER looked so bright. Letting the light in!! And eaves are draining well too.

Had PHAT in to clean our windows inside and out. This was the first real window cleaning after a recent renovation and the work they did was amazing. The crew was very mindful and left the place spotless!

This was the first time I had used Phat Window cleaning, and wanted to test them out on 3 very large, heavy windows. I was very pleased with their work, price and professionalism. They communicated well, showed up as planned, completed a thorough job of the windows, screens and sills (both inside and out). The eaves were repaired successfully. They even came back a second time to repair a couple of small remaining leaks. They weren't satisfied until I was satisfied. I will definitely use them again next year, and would recommend them to others.

We are extremely pleased with Phat Window Cleaning. I requested a quote using Homestars, and they responded very quickly. An appointment was made and kept. A team of two people came and cleaned for 5 hours, leaving our windows spotless inside and out. We were very impressed with the service quality and thought the price was very reasonable. We'll definitely use them again.

Excellent service! Punctual, hard working and thorough exterior window cleaning. They took time and care removing all stubborn specks with a blade and even cleaned the 2 dozen small windows on our garage door. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.
