We recently purchased a new home and realized that we needed to replace all the windows and doors in the house. In other to ensure quality and timely delivery of the job, we received quotes from several window suppliers/manufacturers.

However, agreeing to go with Trust Build was a no-brainer because of the excellent and professional conduct and guidance from Leon. His suggestions and bespoke solutions to suit our unique circumstances was endearing. We had no doubt that they will deliver as promised.

Prior to the delivery and installation period, Leon kept in touch to keep us abreast of development on the time of delivery. The installations were quick, superb and professionally done. I should also add that their products were environment friendly and climatically controlled.

We had a great experience with Alex and Trust Build. The price was highly competitive and the quality of the windows is second to none. The windows are beautiful and we continue to get compliments about them. I didn't realize how bad my old windows were. During this heat wave, there is very little heat coming from outside and the A/C is running less as we are not losing the cold through the windows. I would highly recommend Trust Build.

Choosing Trust Build was easy, they had completed a job in my neighbourhood that was beautifully done, the front door was stunning. I approached the home owner and asked for the company contact information.
We arranged for leon to come for a consult, and he took his time to discuss all of our options. We were replacing all windows and two doors. Leon was professional, courteous and most importantly very knowledgeable about this industry. He wasn't just looking to make a sale, he truly cared about his clients. His skillset and 15+ years of experience was very evident.
Our job was completed within the timelines discussed and with the current unpredictable times we were extremely impressed with this. The installation team Dima, Vova and Sash adhered to all the current COVID protocols, they were polite, courteous and most importantly respectful to our home. All areas were covered and clean up at the end of each day was impeccable. They were an amazing hard working team with a incredible work ethic, Just good honest people. They were also very accommodating to the three people who were working from home.
Upon completion, Leon did a thorough inspection and readily called upon his team to revisit even the smallest details that did not meet his standard. I can wholeheartedly recommended Trust Build for quality workmanship, professionalism and completing projects in the timelines discussed.

I met with 4 different window companies, Leon made me feel the most comfortable and his pricing was extremely aggressive to earn out business.

There was a couple issues during install, Leon told me right away and had the issues fixed within a week. I probably wouldn’t have even noticed, but he was extremely straightforward
