Ryan is very polite and friendly, which is the only pro.
The job was supposed to be Monday - Friday, Monday morning I got a text (no call) that the other job ran late and he was unable to start and would start Tuesday. Which pushed the time line back, instead of ending on a Friday the job was completed on the following Monday. He came for a few hours that Saturday and was to come Sunday, however his kid was sick and he was unable.
When I needed him to come back after priming the drywall, poof gone! I finally got a hold of the guy from the other company who got a hold of Ryan. He said Ryan was supposed to go on vacation the week earlier but it got pushed back. However no courtesy of contact to myself was made. Since painting I noticed some things that need a touch up (not smooth joints, corners that need to be finished) I emailed, called and text and have not heard anything from him. If you do some research and see other reviews this is not uncommon for him.
Do not hire him, if you see his card run away!!!!
