We live in a three-storey townhouse with a back roof that is low sloped. We share the roof with one of our neighbours and we were having some leaks. Other roofing companies came to look at it and admitted that regular shingles would not last more than 15 years as the roof has such a low slope. Serg looked at it and recommended flat roofing. Yes, it would cost more, but it would last longer and be easier to remove in the future than regular shingles with ice and water membrane underneath. Serg, his dad and the crew are friendly people who start early and work late to get the job done. We were so impressed, we had them do our flat roof under our balcony and put new aluminum siding on the balcony. I would recommend Home Star Roofing Ltd very highly and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
