Words cannot describe how grateful I am to Gavin for performing my home inspection. He performed the inspection on a new built with extreme care, due diligence, and professionally - pointing everything out to me in great detail. Not only that, he took his time in explaining items that were required to be fixed in great detail and even pointed out things that the builder did well. We needed a Home Inspection in Grand Bend and it was already a challenge to get someone to come out that far from the GTA but Gavin came and did a very extensive examination of the property including moisture readings, checking the insulation, roofing, plumbing, There was not an iota that was not carefully examined and documented in understandable language. We requested for pre-purchase home inspection of a 20 year old detached house. Gavin, the home inspector, came and checked the areas and also gave us a detailed walkthrough of things to be fixed and also advised on how to fix them. He also gave us some safety tips, like where to find propane shut off valves. He sent us the inspection report the same night, which was very fast. Thanks Gavin for your time and recommendations :)
