Had a hard to clean large viscose rug (auction find) which I was going to discard if I could not get it clean. Atish cleaned and deodorized the unit so I can enjoy it. The service was quick, professional and I understand extra care was taken and experience and expertise was required for this rug. I will recommend Lotus whenever possible thanks.

Atish is an ultimate professional. He has cleaned carpets and hard surface (exposed aggregate) flooring at 2 rental properties - and the results are outstanding. The carpets are amazingly dry (still damp, but NOT wet), and the hard surface flooring was bright and shiny! As well: quotes are accurate with no hidden charges; shows up on time, if not early; willing to discuss options and problem-solve with me. He is my definite Go-To guy for cleaning needs - and I'll rework my schedule to ensure he can do the job for me.
