Very satisfied with big TV mount installation from this company. They provided next day installation on my request. Sergey was prompt, courteous, punctual and efficient with the job. He came exactly on agreed time. He did a great job, concealed and arranged wires neatly, and there was absolutely no mess left once the work was done. I was quoted a simple flat rate for the installation which gave me peace of mind. I am glad to recommend this company and would use them again in the future without hesitation.

Sergey from GTA Wiring mounted my 55" tv Nov 24, 2019. Since then, I've been having intermittent cable reception issues. Two Rogers technicians have confirmed that they need to access the cable wiring but the TV mount was installed ON TOP of the wall plate so they cannot access it.  

I contacted Sergey (Jan 12th)  to see if he could move the TV mount and provided pictures (below) to show that it was installed (incorrectly) on top of the wall plate. The only response I received from him was 'Mount has nothing to do with internet' and then subsequently received a message that 'You did not hire Gta Wiring' on the Homestars platform.  

I can only assume he is stating that I did not hire him and yet, I have a full message thread that states he came to mount the TV on Nov 24th.  In my opinion, he should stand by his work and even if it's months later, he should accept ownership of the fact that he should not have installed the TV mount on top of the cable wall plate and do what's necessary to rectify the issues. Now, I will need to hire someone else to fix the work he did.

Asked for a quote, response time was very fast and I was able to arrange a convenient appointment very quickly. Installation was fast and efficient. He showed up right on time, and got right to work. The wall mount and tv was perfectly installed, he plugged in all the wires and offered to setup the new tv for me. Definitely would recommend.

Serge was excellent and I would highly recommend him! He is very responsive, professional, friendly and helpful. He did an excellent job with mounting the TV and the nest. He is also very punctual and efficient!

Very fast service. I called and he was willing to come right over the same day. Rescheduled for the next day and he was right on time. He hit the ground running with the task and had everything he needed with him. Respectful of the dust when drilling and he even wore booties in the place. Look at all the services he provides for TV mounting. He has it all.

Sergei provided 2 swivel mounts and one tilting mount, and installed all 3 TVs for $350. He was prompt, courteous, extremely professional, and a pleasure to deal with. He didn’t charge extra when he had to come back a second time because he needed a different mount in one room (because the studs in our place were 21 inches apart rather than the usual 16). I can’t speak more highly for his company and services.
