Roof repair, repair gutter leak

Shawn came in and power washed the paint off of my house in places and refused to repair. Replaced a rubber insert on the roof incorrectly which was an extra $350. Noticed it after he left. Gutters still dirty. Gutter still leaking. He said he would come back to repair but never did!
