Hired Carl to do a bathroom renovation in Lake Country, BC. He took our deposit, didnt show up for the job and after multiple attempts to contact him and get our deposit back he has blocked us and is not responsive. Dont hire Carl. He ran off with over $2000

I don’t recommend this company at all. I wait over 6 weeks for the shower pan which put my project way behind and when I finally get the product the drain hole is 4” off center which will throw off all the tile on the base. I paid $7,000 for this product and would expect it to be right. Now I’m getting the run around with the company. I’ve been passed from person to person and all they offered was a small discount. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I paid for the installation and grouting of 3 bathrooms and laundry room complete including grouting. The contractor installed the tile and left the site before grout was done. Did not return calls and told me I was out of luck. I ad to hire another contractor to finish the job.

Don't be fooled

Don't be fooled - postage is so expensive that Tiles Direct are not actually that cheap.
Loads of tiles were broken and they delivered too few boxes. Then, when we rang to ask for the missing boxes (which had put the work back three days) they were very unhelpful with different people giving us different stories. Avoid!

Made a huge mistake hiring this company,
Quality and Warranty he claims.
Huge mess.Owner agrees it a mess but
Says who cares I have great reviews so no one will care.. Be Careful who you hire.
