John Renquine of Azores did a fairly major job in re grouting my slate driveway. He was well recommended.
He was pleasant and professional to deal with and gave me a one year guarantee. I asked him one year later within the guarantee period to come back and repair the grout that was now broken and tiles had lifted and he said that he had done the best job he could and would think about it. I have now been trying him for almost 2 months and he will not return my calls / e mails . I am very disappointed in his lack of standing by a commitment.
