Dang Good Carpet And Furnace Cleaning

I am very happy with the job that Mark did with Dang Good Carpet Cleaning, and I would definitely recommend them. Their pricing was comparable to other companies but I went with Dang Good because of their reviews, and they didn't disappoint. My whole house smells and feels so clean and fresh! He also cleaned our 20-year-old mattress and it looks and feels brand new! They are coming back to clean and sanitize my furnace/ducts next month and I have no doubt that their service and performance will be excellent. Thanks Mark!

I called Mark needing a move out clean done as soon as possible, he called me back after making some changes to his schedule to be able to accommodate me for the next day. I was quoted well over $100.00 more then what Dang Good Carpet Cleaning charged me by other cleaners and could not be happier with the results. Mark kindly obliged me on very short notice to clean the bedroom carpet in a rental apartment I was moving out of. He did a great job on a disastrous carpet!

Had the company do furnace and carpet cleaning in my home in Early March 2020. Ken and Ehren cleaned our furnace and vents and were very professional and efficient. They explained what they were doing and made sure I was happy before they left. The carpet cleaning crew was running behind so received a call from the office to inform that they were running late for their schedule appointment and that was appreciated. They too were professional and efficient and made sure again I was happy before they left.

My experience with Dang Good Carpet cleaning was very positive. Communication with the company was thorough and complete. Reminders were sent the day before, and the tech called when he was on his way. The carpet cleaning tech reviewed the carpets, the quote and the scope of cleaning all before beginning to confirm I was aware of exactly what was being done. He maintained cleanliness with using indoor shoes and demonstrated knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques to prevent damage. I’ve had far lesser service for more money elsewhere and will be using this company again.

We are so pleased with our carpet cleaning experience with Dang Good Carpet Cleaning. Chazz and Shane were outstanding. They were so fast and efficient and answered all my questions. We had never had our carpets cleaned before and were unsure how the process would go, but they made the entire process go extremely smooth from start to finish and we will 100% only use this company going forward (hopefully Chazz and Shane again!)
