WOW... Marcus & Dang Good are amazing!!
I just had at the best morning! Not only did I have my carpets cleaned (which look incredible... just like new again) BUT I had the pleasure of meeting Marcus. He did a remarkable job (trust me... my carpets were in need of some TLC!!). Marcus has redeemed my faith in customer care again!! It has been a very long time since someone has provided exceptional service. Marcus cares and it showed. He is very polite, engaging, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him and I hope our paths will cross again. I know I will be calling Dang Good again!!
