I called on a Saturday as I woke up Saturday morning to find my refrigerator had broken. Farid (not sure the spelling?) came and fixed it so quickly. The fee was reasonable and we were extremely grateful.
I was referred to him by someone who also has high praise of his work and fair rates. I would refer him to anyone who needed an appliance repair.

All went fast, transparently and efficiently.
No bad surprises, and fair treatement of the job to be done.
If they see the job will cost more than expected, they call you
to discuss technical difficulties BEFORE proceeding, which is
rare these days.
For these reasons, I strongly recommend Tech 2000 !

Have been relying on Farid for years for my condo washer repair and even once for home fridge repair. Farid is AMAZING. I trust no one else to service our appliances. Had a warranty with other company after purchasing our fridge. They came 10 times and I said forget it. Called Farid and of course he knew the problem right away. Farid is very knowledgeable and honest. Would give him 11 stars.

They are the only local company that appears to service our brand of range hood and we are very happy with their efficient and very competent work. Also their pricing is reasonable. I would highly recommend them!

I have used Tech 2000 many times over the years, to service the appliances in my rental condo units.....and my personal residence. I have found their service responsive, reliable & timely. I would not hesitate to call them again.

A representative came to "repair" my machine 2 months ago and it worked for a couple of weeks only to break down again. Made another appointment and the first one was 4 hours late without an explaination. Rescheduled requesting to be place priority and had the call Center provide me a date that I can accomodate them. Despite that, they are hours late AGAIN.
This company is UNRELIABLE and I will never use them.

They were pretty prompt. It temrs of service and quality of work I got into trouble again and the same problem occured. They checked it to make sure everything was alright and the appliance was European so it might've posed some problems for them. I would call them and give them another chance.
