We had a window replaced in our baby's room by window mart (in Calgary). Long story short, the new window is great...no complaints. However they (Daria) neglected to tell us that the new blinds we'd purchased for the old window wouldn't fit the new window. After weeks of negotiating back and forth and a nightmare experience from a customer service point of view, they did give us a small discount on the window. However, I still had to pay for new blinds (again) and that is after a month of having to hang garbage bags on my baby's window while this got sorted out so he could nap and go to sleep at night. I'm not going to go here and irrationally throw them under the bus because I don't want to sound like someone ranting. The product they offer is great. Make sure you ask about blinds if you have them (regardless of whom you choose). However, given the poor customer service we received from Daria, I would not recommend using this company. There are lots of other highly rated window companies...shop around.
