We've hired W&D Pro Installation Services in the past to complete several windows installation projects. We've been very satisfied with the workmanship. I hired Andrey to remove and replace a basement window so I could move something in through the opening. His communication was excellent from when I first made contact. He removed the window quickly and efficiently, and when replacing he put it back in straighter than it was originally. He fully repaired the cement around the window and sealed it properly. It was difficult to work in the window well and under the fireplace overhanging but he was a real pro. I would highly recommend him for any window work and will certainly use his business in the future! Thank You!

After arriving to give a quote, he went ahead and fixed all four doors on the spot. What I liked most was that he took his time to understand what the issue was, then carefully explained it to me while answering all my questions. He outlined the options available, and explained which one made the most sense for my situation (in this case, the lowest cost option).

Given that he was already in the neighbourhood, he charged me very little for his time (I paid him more given how grateful I was, which was still great value). I found that Andrey was exceptionally knowledgeable and honest - his focus was on providing the best outcome for me, rather than what would drive more work from him.

I have hired Andrey to install windows and doors many times in the past. I am very happy with his work. His work is professional and clean. He always shows up as scheduled, and leaves my homes spotless every time.
Once, he came as scheduled, but realized the window I bought was too big. It would take a lot of time and effort to install the bigger window. He suggested that I purchase the right size window. That way his installation fee would be cheaper and the window would be installed properly to code, with enough space for the insulation. He explained: " I want to get it done right".
