Great experience with Darrell and the team at Deltar Construction. We embarked on a major main floor renovation and the team at Deltar delivered a high quality product, on time and on budget.

The project scope included the entire main floor of our home, including the removal of load bearing walls, installation of new ceiling, walls, and flooring throughout, plumbing and HVAC changes, electrical work and a new kitchen. Deltar provided a detailed project schedule up front, and I was impressed with their ability to stick to it. Each of the trades (plumbing, electrical, tile, etc) were friendly and trustworthy. When minor issues came up, because they inevitably will with any major renovation, they were handled professionally and fairly.

Along the way Darrell made it clear how decisions we were making were impacting the overall budget, ensuring there were no last minute surprises.

We hired Darrell, Tara and their team to fully finish our basement, including a rec room with a wet bar, new bedroom (including a new window), and a 3-piece bathroom. They were amazing to work with from start to finish. The entire crew was professional and friendly, paid close attention to detail, and accomodated all of our requests. Excellent workmanship.

When work commenced, Darrell and his team were very professional, showing up at agreed times, communicating regularly with any potential issues or questions that needed our input including things that had come up outside the original scope of work and potential additional costs. Fit and finish of the project was excellent demonstrating his teams pride in their work.
