I am happy to say that our experience with The Restorators was very very positive.

From the time that we found them online and then we had a phone conversation and they explained the advantages to using their emergency response services.

We agree to proceed and they came out the very next day.

Mark, their representative, was very knowledgeable and explained how the whole Insurance claim and payout system works. That was very helpful.

They explained every step of the flood damage assessment and removal process and how they would be working with our insurance company.

Their workers were very polite and hard-working.

They completed the emergency work the same day and dried everything out.

We had good ongoing communication and many helpful phone conversations, with Mark which I so appreciated.

They dealt directly with my insurance company and submitted all the required paperwork.

After the claim was approved for rebuild, they fulfilled all their promises and it proved to be very financially advantageous.

They are individuals and a company of high integrity and service and I would highly recommend them.

Water leaked from a heating/cooling unit, under the floor and was absorbed into the wall panels until it was noticed. Mark Mirashi and his crew came to address the damage caused by the leak by the next morning. They quickly assessed the situation and ensured that the wet floors were removed and wet walls were cut away. Fans and dehumidifiers were left to dry the premises and ensured that mold would not grow. The emergency work was completed within two days. At the same time we were dealing with our insurance company. Mark provided sage advice which helped to ensure that the proper scope of work was allowed. Once matters were settled with the insurance company, Mark and his trades returned to the job site to ensure the rebuild was completed before the holiday season began. Very professional and knowledgeable people!! Thank you Mark and crew.

Bathroom and main room in basement needed to be redone due to water damage. It looks great!

Booked on a Friday evening to come Sat morning so was a last minute booking- said they would come in the early AM, but called that morning to say it would be the evening (difficulty with machinery?). Guys that came were very nice and did a decent job. Made payment and sent email asking for confirmation, did not get confirmation, a few weeks later I received an automatic email saying I still had a balance outstanding. I emailed the company again asking to confirm they received my payment- and I have heard nothing since. Could have better customer service.

They completed the work as promised, meticulously, expertly and on time. They even cleaned up afterwards. Mark was kind enough to help with an unrelated repair once the job was completed. I would highly recommend them for any water or mold issues. They are definitely a professional company. We would not hesitate to call on them in the future.

The work was quick, friendly and very satisfactory. The only suggestion I would recommend would be some kind of paperwork upon
receipt of carpets, a business card, etc. just to avoid the feeling I have given four rugs away to perfect strangers never to be seen again.
They missed the promised return date but did come the next day, a bit late, but we got our carpets back in lovely condition and we
were very happy in the end.

2 days before our contractors were set to begin a major renovation in our Etobicoke bungalow, we discovered 2 vents covered in white asbestos wrap. I had one contractor come in to remove the vent, but they broke the wall, expose the vent completely, and decided not to do the job. In a panic, I contacted Mark and he moved things around to get to our job that same night. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and most of all assured us that my wife and children were safe to be in the house after the vents were removed.

The story continued, or so we thought. The next day, during demolition, after we thought all asbestos vents were removed, we discovered another vent which had been closed off and enclosed within the drywall. There was no way to see it until the wall was demolished. After my second heartattack in 2 days, I called Mark again, explained the situation and asked him to come back. He came right away, took the vent out the same day and charged me a fair price for the extra work. Another contractor would surely have seen an opportunity to over charge given my situation.

Mark and his crew were sympathetic and genuine; they have my business and loyalty for life.

The restorators were amazing very friendly professional my basement got flood and they were there right away very hard workers no complaints they get the job done would recommend to family and friends thanks Mark for all your help!!!

Very quick, professional and efficient.
We had water damage in our house from a damaged supply line. The respirators came in within 12 hours of the flood and dried up most of the damage in a matter of 48 hours which is very quick.
Most importantly they are also extremely knowledgeable on restoration and helped us choose the right contractors.

The Restorators Inc team was absolutely incredible from beginning to end! What a joy it was to find a renovation company that does everything it says it will! Every part of the crew was amazing to work with. Mark managed the entire project, the carpenters, the painters, the plumbers, the guys laying the flooring, tiles and carpet.... On a daily basis communication was superb. We always knew what was going to happen that day, and who would be coming to our home. Most importantly, the work was excellent. There was excellent attention to detail. If ever there was a concern, it was discussed and dealt with immediately. Everyone always made sure that we were happy with everything! We would recommend The Restorators Inc to anyone looking for exceptional service!
