Mark and the Restorators helped remove the popcorn ceiling in my condo that contained asbestos. From first contact, to project conculusion they were great to deal with. They were always responsive and flexible to work around my needs and the rules of my building. I had no issues with the air quality test after they finished, passed on the first try. Would definitely work with them and recommend to anyone looking to have this kind of work done.

Friendly team, Mark was knowledgable and answered all our questions. They came in and got going on the cleaning and asbestos removal very quickly after we called them, which was very important for us since we had asbestos contamination in the air and needed to vacate our house until it was cleared. The whole process was very smooth and we were back home with a passed air quality test before we knew it. Would recommend their service.

Fantastic service by Mark and co. I contacted Mark regarding a popcorn ceiling containing asbestos to be removed. He promptly provided a quote and was able to start within a few days. During the removal work, I was kept up to date regarding their progress. They did a fantastic job removing the ceiling and ensuring the work area was clean afterwards. Definitely recommend them!

Exemplary service! Mark and his team came promptly and repeatedly over several days to deal with a plumbing back up in a Toronto century multiplex. the space was cleaned exceptionally well and Mark advised us that the old linoleum tiles would have to be removed to ensure it could be sanitized and disinfected fully. They left the area clean and debris free and disposed of all materials. They returned with air cleaners and blowers over the next 3 days and ensured it was ready for renovation (a Reno that was in the planning when the back up occurred).
Mark and his team were pleasant, reliable, honest and forthcoming about what to expect and if any other issues came up. He also explained that some things had to be done a certain way because there is a building restoration code that this company follows.
Mark also worked exceptionally well with a plumber that worked with The Restorators to ensure the work got done. Communication between all parties was excellent.

Mark and his team did a great job providing us a cost effective and really nice looking way to cover lead paint surrounding our garage and back door. The team were friendly, clean, quick and did a great job.

Found asbestos in my wall and ceiling plaster along with some flooring. Mark came out and provided a quote very quickly and worked with me on a few things that I could do to reduce the cost by prepping the house in certain ways. The crew came out and performed all the required work and stayed late to get the air clearance testing done. Price was very fair and I am happy with the final results.
