The Restorators Water Damage Restoration

We had a dishwasher flood which caused fairly extensive damage to our main floor kitchen, hardwood floors throughout the main floor, and into our finished basement as well.

Mark and his crew were extremely quick to respond to our posting and quickly dealt with the emergency work to eliminate and prevent further damage and mould etc.

We really appreciated Mark’s support as we worked with the insurance company on the claim for the damage so we could focus on the needed renovations. Mark worked directly with the insurance company/adjuster and fought on our behalf to ensure we got a fair settlement. With his help we got a settlement that was triple what was initially quoted by the insurance co.

We retained the Restorators for the renovations as well and we couldn’t have been happier with the result. Mark and his crew were professional and did a great job replacing our floor with new engineered hardwood, installing pot lights (including scraping the awful popcorn ceiling), all new trim and base boards, painting as well as some supplementary work like installing a new, more modern stone facade on our fireplace, among some other things.

All throughout the renovations Mark offered his input and advice where he could - but never in a pressuring way - which we appreciated, and we felt that the cost for the work his team did was very fair and we were very happy with the end result!
