The removal and replacement of our shingles on both the house and detached garage was completed over a week due to weather conditions in early December. Dan's crew worked consistently when weather permitted. We were well pleased with the workmanship and the completed look on the house. Unfortunately some severe wind gusts have caused several shingles to come off on 2 occasions because they have not properly sealed yet. Dan has promptly returned to replace the shingles and plans to keep monitoring and possibly replace the area involved.

Hi Ron, thank you so much for taking the time to leave a 10 star review! Sometimes with work done late in the year the tar sealant on the materials isn't able to adhere properly so can be susceptible to very heavy winds like we experienced but it is worth it to have it done in the cold if the pre-existing shingles are in such bad shape that they wouldn't last through the winter like your roof.
