Topline Electric Plumbing Heating & Cooling

We recently undertook a complete bathroom renovation and wanted to upgrade our Convectair Heater which required an electrical evaluation. We were first introduced to Ben Cicchelli of Topline Electric when he came to do a complimentary P.U.C. audit. During that visit we spoke about the renovation and the upgrade of our existing smaller Convectair bathroom heater. Ben immediately strikes you as a very competent, knowledgeable and accommodating individual. When he wasn't certain about the load size a new heater would require he had another individual named George visit to do an evaluation. George was excellent. My wife met with him to discuss what we wanted to do and he walked her through what he does to evaluate what size heater etc. we could manage. Most importantly, he was polite and not condescending. He helped us select some Convectair models to choose from which was very helpful because you cannot buy them in the usual outlets. His assistance was extremely helpful in our making the perfect choice. In the meantime, back to Ben Cicchelli. One of the PUC benefits was the installation of a fan timer in the bathroom being renovated and that, along with the heater had to be done in stages to work around the renovation contractor`s schedule. Even on a day`s notice Ben was available to stop by and do the work needed for the heater wiring before the other contractor finished out drywall repairs. It was so satisfying to work with a company like Topline which is accommodating and thorough. Ben and George represented them so well we would never hesitate to recommend them.
