Air Quality One

Amir (Air Quality One ) & his assistant was hired Nov 26, 2015 to install a new furnace & A/C unit properly and to code BUT DID NOT. I should have told them to leave before they started from the first red flag they set off, they where trying to get me to agree to using my old, 20year old A/C lines for the new A/C unit. Next while installing the furnace vent piping, the screws came through my main floor new laminate flooring / destroying it. (he had to come back the next day because venting was wrong causing huge amounts of water to choke out furnace performance) This summer when using the A/C the lines froze & called him ( He never shows but has me send him pictures of the furnace control panel & tells me to switch 2 black wires to fix the issue, so I did but it DID NOT ) My new A/C unit has been off most 2016 summer as it continues to freeze up & make bad noises & Amir just leaves me hanging. I am shocked he is still in business and advise others to stay clear. Court appears now my only option to ever getting a properly working furnace & A/C unit correctly installed. I have documented everything with pictures included from day one to present.
