Chicasa Design has a team of players professionals. They went above and beyond to get our basement renovated. They communicated with my husband and I every week if not every day and made sure we understood every detail of the contact. Their attention to detail was exceptional and we didn't have to worry about anything. Ali kept us in the loop at all times and patiently answered all our questions, calls and emails. Mo was also very professional and courteous. They worked really hard for this project and sometimes stayed really late in the evening to finish the work. Note that when it comes to getting permits, etc., there are some complications and hence unavoidable delays, therefore, you must be patient as they do their best to get everything done in a timely manner.Overall, the basement was done very professionally and we are very happy with the result.
