Requested onsite quote; owner a master electrician came promptly ; written quote was provided in timely manner. Quote was not lowest we received but close enough that with other factors we chose Gravity for the job.
We were prior notified of electricians arrival. He arrived promptly and completed job to our satisfaction. Invoice was as expected compared to quote. Communication with Carlos in office made resolving small issues easy to accomplish.
