If you want to buy cutlery by the dozen, you can have a great choice at a good price. Everything in the store is restaurant quality so you can pay at much or little as you want. Pots and pans are superb quality as are the knife selection.
I recently bought the Browne Ellipse which looks very nice, but the dishwasher leaves them spoty (not it is not a shortage of rinse). When you handle them, they also mark easily, since there is no design to hide spots. There are no soup spoons to match but I did find a copycat version in Chinatown - Spadina.
The plates --also by the dozen--are excellent quality, as are the glasses. It is worthwhile seeing what is there so you can ensure you have a good quality if you decide to buy elsewhere.
