I am a three time customer of the Cedar Guys.
My backyard has been done in stages over the past 7 years and always purchase my cedars from the Cedar Guys.

I follow the after care recommendations and have not lost a single tree.

I am beyond pleased with the service we received from The Cedar Guys. The price was fair, Matt was great to work with, and the team that came to plant our cedar hedge were very courteous and respectful. I love my new cedar hedge!

From the very first point of contact to inquiries regarding after-care once our privacy hedge was installed, Matt and the Cedar Guys have been a pleasure to work with!
Matt efficiently communicated with us to determine the exact height and number of cedar trees required for our privacy hedge. This changed several times for us when designing our backyard privacy hedge and Matt was extremely patient providing us new quotes and advice throughout our design process.
We were most pleased that The Cedar Guys agreed to install our privacy edge in an area outside of their typical service area! The crew was prompt, worked quickly, and provided thorough after-care instructions while answering any questions we had regarding care!
We are extremely happy with our privacy hedge and are looking forward to some natural privacy in our quickly growing neighbourhood. We have happily recommended The Cedar Guys to admirers of our privacy hedge so far, and will continue to do so!

We always communicated over the email but Matt replied email always whatever I asked and I got great services from crews. We appreciated their job on the amazing hedges in my backyard, I would recommend everybody whoever needs to build cedar hedges in the future. Thanks again The Cedar Guys!

We had some cedars put into our yard for privacy and I am beyond pleased with the job ! From getting a quote to the installation these guys are true friendly professionals ! 100% would recommend them !

It was a total pleasure to deal with The Cedar Guys. Matt, the owner is great. He's honest, considerate, prompt and totally reliable.I was worried dealing online not having met him but him and his company exceeded my expectations in every way. Their cedars are top quality ! It was a pleasure spending money with them haha...crazy but it really was . His crew are all fantastic ! They are all neat, knowledgeable, helpful, professional and hard workers. The 2 I dealt with the most and who really stand out are Paula and Chris. They are fantastic workers and fantastic people. They were here digging and planting in the cold and pouring rain. I can't say enough about how great a job they did ! I totally recommend The Cedar Guys ! You will very happy you did.

Delivery is too slow. Customer service is non-existant or they aren’t not educated or interested in what the customer wants. We’ll make and have found a better supplier of cedar trees !!

I understand the single customer service agent is the owner. he reminds of the Soup guy on Seinfeld. " we only use emails, never talk to customers". You conform or we won't sell you anything. Resistance is futile. Too funny! I will spend my money elsewhere.

Matt and his staff have always been respectful, courteous and kind. Matt hires great people who respect him, the people they serve and their job. These people love their job and carry out the work as if it was their own home. The hedge looks amazing! I most definitely will recommend The Cedar Guys to everyone!
