To start off the review, we just want to say that in the ten years that we've lived in our home, it hasn't been very often where we can say we 100% have been satisfied with a service or company. But we are more than 100% satisfied with the water heater replacement Shaun and Tom did!
When we discovered the water heater was leaking a couple of days ago, we called Enercare (our provider) who sent us a repairman who
confirmed that our water heater would need to be replaced. On the day that it was scheduled for the water heater replacement, Shaun and Tom arrived at a great time. And not only were they friendly and professional, but they were also clean and very careful to take out the old water heater and to install the new one. They also answered any and all questions we had, and were very diligent in their work and in making sure everything was good.
Highly recommended and absolutely content with their service!
