I recently had a load bearing wall removed and beams put across to support the roof. The Larcon team was able to get everything done earlier than projected and did an excellent job. Prior to choosing Larcon, Holden was gracious enough to spend some time explaining how his team would do the work, really understood what needed to be done and was able to get everything finalized very quickly after our conversation. I had an excellent experience working with the Larcon team and would recommend Larcon to whoever is looking for structural framers.

Holden, Taylor and Tim worked on our project which consisted of the removal of two structural posts in the basement and then replacement with a large commercial grade beam that spans our entire basement width. The team worked very hard coming into work by 7am and got the job done in 2.5 days later. We are happy with the result and glad we now have uninterrupted space in the basement for recreation! If you can get a hold of them you are definitely in great hands.

I hired Larcon Structural to remove a load-bearing wall and another non load-bearing wall from the main floor as part of a renovation. Holden and his team were a pleasure to work with. Larcon clearly specializes in wall removal, cares about the quality of their work and the customer, were always available to answer questions and took the time to ensure that the job was well done and that any concerns were addressed quickly and effectively. Holden's team worked efficiently, making sure that their work area was tidy and dealt with the City inspector as needed. The pricing of the work was in line with the other quotes that I got but Larcon demonstrated upfront that they wanted to do the job right and took care of all the approvals and permits needed. I highly recommend Larcon for structural work and will not choose anyone else on future renovations requiring wall removals. Thank you for a job well done.

From the very first phone call to our floors being swept and vacuumed after the job, Larcon was a pleasure to work with. After getting quotes from over 5 loadbearing wall removal companies, we learned quick who was the real deal and who wasn’t. Larcon was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We had a load bearing wall removed and Larcon made the process extremely simple. The quote was clear, drawings and engineering work were produced quickly, and the permits were all handled by Holden and his team.

On the day of the work, the team was on time and extremely efficient. I was particularly impressed by how fast the guys were able to troubleshoot some issues we found when a wall was opened up. They were in contact with the engineer right away and were able to adapt the post-work around some obstacles to give me exactly what I wanted - all done within an hour- wow.

We had two load bearing walls removed on our main floor. Holden came to quote us and offered many options and suggestions, while patiently walking us through what would need to happen. He even provided information around what the next steps would be in managing the project beyond the structural work. He is prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer questions and kept in touch throughout. He answered calls and texts and ensured we were comfortable with the process. He laid everything out in the contract neatly including some “what if’s” so there were no surprises. The work was done within 2 days rather than the 3 originally thought, and the areas were kept tidy.
