Kitchen renovation and main floor
Where do I start... Immediately when Holden came to quote we knew we were sold. His friendly but very professional approach was really appreciated as a first time major renovators! We had originally only planned to take walls down to open our very small (980 sq foot) bungalow but Holden suggested that we vault the ceiling of the main living area and entrance. He was honest about the fact that it was a once in lifetime opportunity to open up that area... was he ever right. His price was incredibly competitive and his team was clean and very punctual. We are beyond words to express how happy we are with the entire project. The engineering plans were amazing and very detailed and the inspector was so impressed. We were even offered to visit other projects in the neighbourhood that were completed... I could go on forever and would be happy to recommend Larcon to anyone.
