Trust Windows Corp

We got last year new windows from Trust windows, we decided to spend a little more money for theyr top of the line Platinum windows with triple glass .
After we ordered the windows from a very knowledgeable Salesperson it took about ten days before an technician showed up to do a second measurement. After two weeks we scheduled a installation date with the lady in the office ,the Installer showed up on time and did a fabulous job installing our windows ,they where done in one day ,cleaned everything up before leaving and explained how the window works ,also gave me some tips for the maintenance and cleaning. The extra money for the triple glass windows are well spend ,our house is so much quieter and even at freezing temperatures there is no draft at all, I recomend them to my neighbors and friends and they where also very impressed with the quality and workmanship.

In March we canceled a contract within 24 hours of signing. Trust initially refused to return our $1000 deposit made on VISA. more than 2 weeks later, they agreed to refund us $800. We finally received $765 in a post dated cheque as they declared we had to pay the VISA charge.
