onlyBASEMENTS

We had our entire basement done with Only Basements and boy is it ever something. Words can't describe the job done on it! To make a long story short, We needed underpinning, along with waterproofing, changing all under ground plumbing, and a separate entrance at the side of my house leading to the basement. They arranged a meeting at our house and provided us with a very detailed quote about the scope of work to be performed and payment options/plans. I was really surprised at the flexibility of payments and happy with the smaller sum staggered payment structure. As they had a good reputation, and prices being slightly lower than the competitors, and the payment plan was suited to my taste, We decided to sign the papers with them between the 4 other quote we received. The process went smoothly and as planned. The workers were friendly and decent people, and our project manager Joseph was a terrific guy! All contractually obligated tasks were accomplished and they went above and beyond by completing the project well ahead of the estimated time frame. We had no issues whatsoever throughout the process and the new space looks so wonderful that I felt the least I could do is to recommend all of you readers to go ahead and give Only Basements . They've certainly got my vote!!

I had a great experience with onlyBASEMENTS. Before meeting with these guys I didn't want anyone going to my basement. I couldn't even walk down there without bending over. It was basically a crawl space. The team at onlyBASEMENTS came in and explained the work in phases as I have never had renovations done before. They and started phase one which was underpinning my basement. I now have 9 foot ceilings and it does not feel like a basement anymore. Phase two they performed the waterproofing for me which not puts me at ease. All and all the project was complete in just under 8weeks. Since day one they were professional and punctual. Work was actually done on time which is rare to find in this industry. Very happy and satisfied customer!

We did not have the same experience as others on this site. Our basement Reno went way over budget, was months behind schedule (actually was never really completed), had poor workmanship, caused damage to our house, and, despite our efforts to have regular communication (which is key to any Reno project), we were regularly ignored for long periods. It was a project that went terribly wrong. We now have very faulty plumbing causing sulfur gasses which we will have to pay another plumber to fix because Only Basements would not. I would not recommend them.
