We hired OnlyBasements to completely renovate our basement which included a full interior demolition and moving the utilities. In order to completely open up the basement space, Joseph recommended altering the support structure of the main floor which would allow us to remove a beam in the basement that would have restricted the layout. This was significant additional work that we weren’t necessarily prepared for, however in the end, we are glad we followed Joesph’s advice, and we more than happy with how everything turned out. Joseph also made sure to address any minor details we brought up along the way, and his team worked many long hours to get it all done within a reasonable time frame.
