We had a great experience with Only Basements. My husband and I felt most comfortable with them in comparison to other companies mostly due to a provided detailed proposal as well as the milestone payment plan allowing for us pay upon completion of each phase of the project. They were the only company who offered architectural design and the underpinning drawings we needed but more importantly included application for permits on our behalf which was very reassuring. Each phase of the project was explained to us in great detail by Joseph who was our project manager. The communication was great! He always made himself available and let us pick his brain when it came to choosing fixtures and finishes which made the process so much easier.
The quality and hard work of the trades did not go unnoticed. They were very respectful of our home and always made sure the house was spotless before leaving for the day. The project ran slightly over the initial timeline, but Joseph went above and beyond to accommodate the delay. We are very happy with the outcome and it was an absolute pleasure working with Joseph and his team!
