Hands down OnlyBasments is the only company anyone looking to renovate their basements needs to call. My wife Tiffany and unnoticed the difference in the quality of this company from the very beginning stages of our reno. We found, and contacted OnlyBasements and two other companies through Homestars. These guys are the only ones out of the three who responded immediately and could meet with us in the same week. Not only did find their team very knowledgable about what we needed to happen for our project, but they were also able to offer us a quote that ended up being extremely accurate. In addition to that OnlyBasements offered us a payment schedule which made everything much easier for our family. We waited two week to do our diligence and hear back from a couple other companies, we waited another week to even get a quote back, which all came back much higher than what OnlyBasements gave us. So, with no surprise they were the team we chose to hire. Thanks to Tony their engineer, we got all the drawings and permits together in a timely manner and the team could start our basement preparation before the permits came through! Thanks to OnlyBasements management skills our experience was nothing short of amazing. OnlyBasements involved us in each step of the project and ensured that their entire crew was doing their job to the highest of quality.
