They are great with ideas but follow thru is terrible. on my third counter top and a very expensive bookcase that was to go under counter top is garbage. The contractor did not countersink a screw. Now it has a nice gouge and big scratch. They had to rebuild my dining room wall because they measured wrong. this is now a 7 month project and I will be doing business with another company for my bathroom. I don’t want them touching anything else. It’s a same because they are a Canadian company and use Canadian products.

The first countertop was a misunderstanding of how you wished it to be finished. The countertop was removed and replaced with the desired overhang. The second one had a manufacturers blemish and so the Countertop Supplier replaced and reinstalled to which you expressed the seam was not to your liking. The countertop was installed by the best laminate countertop place in Barrie and the owner assured us that it was a standard seam as laminate countertop seams are glued together with bolts to hold them flat. As this is not quartz or granite there is not a way to eliminate feeling the seam a little bit.
The scratch on the bookcase is a very easy fix as it was built here in Barrie from our custom cabinet builder and the top can be replaced within a few minutes. Please contact us to arrange replacement of the top.
The wall extension was due to a measuring error unfortunately. When this was brought to your attention you were asked if you wanted the two end cabinets remade or if you would rather extend the wall a couple of inches to keep the larger cabinets. The decision was made to extend the wall and that you would take care of the painting after the patch was complete.
