Good contractor. Be very specific what you want. Elton installed large (2'x2') floor tiles in a hallway and kitchen, backsplash and modified four openings in the kitchen and the family room.

Another Contractor
After initial good floor tiling job (4 stars), I hired Elton to do backsplash tile, and I was dissatisfied with his workmanship (2 stars). Some tiles were not levelled, and edges were not straight. Very disappointing. I could not recommend Elton.

Elton Silva is the best contractor we've ever met. He delivers premium service for a reasonable price.
His motto is "I am here to help you", and he does what he says. If you are interested in getting an honest contractor that delivers premium service with no headache for the customer, Elton Silva is your best bet.
It was easy to communicate with Elton, and he was very helpful from day one. He accommodated our schedule, made some shifts when required, worked longer hours and on a weekend, to meet the deadline. He made some adjustments to the scope and complied with our requests, changes several times. He is very punctual and accurate. He always clean after himself, vacuum and take away all garbage.
Elton is a very good 'jack of all trades' guy. Because of his experience as a general contractor, in addition to the tile work, he could do a lot of other construction work. He sees beyond the narrow project (in our case the tile work), and gives very good advise.
Our project included removal of old ceramic tiles and installation of new 2" x 2" porcelain tiles in our kitchen, hallway and powder room (total about 400 sq.ft).
Elton and his helper started the project by spending 1/2 day sealing all other rooms and floors. Then he and his helper removed old tiles. After the subfloor preparation, we realized that this would be a good time to extend some door openings, which involved some framing and taping. Elton quickly adjusted his schedule without any fuss, and executed that work very well. After this additional work, they finished with the tile work in two days.
