Failed to show up!

Moving & Storage review in Milton

We were expecting these movers to show up at a certain time.

Gave them 30minutes of travel time, just in case of traffic in the day time.
45 minutes later, no call from movers or main office.
Finally got thru the driver/mover after 1hr 25 minutes late. They said they ran int a FLAT TIRE!

NO problem with that! AT LEAST have some common courtesy to call back your client and say we won't be able to make it!

Lesson 1 of running a business, you are base on referrals! Poor communication and will not even entertain to refer.

Hope this helps everyone who plans on using them..
