Promus London Restoration

We unfortunately had a fire in our kitchen, insurance company sent out Promus Restoration. From the moment Promus arrived at our house to the time they finished the rebuild, we have felt so comfortable in this entire process. Only short coming was the adjuster on our file. She was hard to reach most of the time. Promus was able to keep us in the loop. I would never wish this type of loss on anyone but if it happens I would highly recommend Promus London hands down. Thank you big Mike for everything you have done for my family in this crazy time.

Great response time! They assessed the basement and started immediately extracting the water. The demo was completed in no time. The cleanliness and professionalism from this company was phenomenal. I would highly recommend this company! Josh is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work.
