Buyers beware. We hired Shawn to replace the shingles on the roof of our house back in 2013. The service was backed by a 35-year warranty as indicated in the invoice. Earlier this week we had a leak in the roof when it rained, so we asked him to fix the leak. When he looked at the roof he said that he did not work on this roof, and when we showed him his invoice (with his signature and hand-writing on it), he said that the invoice is fake!
- Company Response
Alireza never ordered any projects from Day Break Roofing. Shawn may have provided Alireza with a quotation detailing the work, but Alireza never accepted the quote. All quotations from Day Break Roofing are either handwritten on a form or on a provided PDF. Invoices are strictly in PDF format and are never handwritten. Alireza may have found an outdated quotation. No work was ever done on his house.
