Moving companies are supposed to make a stressful time easier, not harder
I contacted this company to use their services for my move which required moving 16 pieces of furniture, no boxes. It should have been a quick and easy move, but the movers were extremely slow and inefficient. After getting everything loaded into the truck after 3.5 hours, it took them 45 minutes to make a 6 minute drive to my house. After arriving most of the items simply needed to be moved into the garage. I had the movers take the treadmill into the house and they ended up ripping a 3 inch tear into my linoleum. In the end, it ended up taking the movers 5.25 hours for my move. I have phoned customer service several times to resolve the issue, but have not been able to get anywhere. They keep promising to phone me back so that we can resolve this issue, but after making several phone calls to them I have yet to hear from the manager.
