Mohamad arrived as scheduled, inspected and agreed upon areas to be cleaned, and set about his task. He cleaned our 20 year old hall soiled carpet and made it 'new'. Mohamad offered to go the extra mile and shampooed heavily used areas so the shading would blend. All the while, he engaged us in the process and completed his work promptly. We are thrilled and have already circulated his business card to several neighbours. I know they will be contacting Mohamad as soon as they are ready for some cleaning. Thanks Mohamad!
