Postma's was recommended to me by my neighbor. Chad was the sales person and he was very nice. (still is actually). He was more than helpful. The work was done very quickly with the workmen being quiet, clean and tidy. Would recommend this company.

I recently asked Postma to visit our home to provide an estimate for installing a natural gas fireplace. Chad visited our home, and provided very useful information on installing a gas fireplace, despite the fact that Postma had no equipment that would fit in our home. Chad provided suggestions for other local vendors for my consideration. I would highly recommend Postma Heating and Cooling. They have always been fair with me, and willing to put the needs of the customer first.

Chad came and explained the process. He helped us choose the best products for our needs, all without pressure. The install was painless, finished in the exact timeframe given. Everybody was courteous and professional. After completion, Chad came by to help us complete all rebate forms that were applicable to us. He answered all questions, and encouraged us to call, for any reason. I highly recommend Postma Heating & Cooling!!

The whole process from Chad's agreement, to Pat, Wade & Greg's installation displayed that the team at 'Postma's were all professionals. The sales person explained the product in detail. That sold the product.The installation people were very efficient. The job was done in one day.I am a very happy customer.

Everyone was helpful and made sure I didn't have any questions. From the ladies at the office, to Chad, Steve and the 2 fellows installing the system.

Remove old and replace with new, including running new exhaust piping through crawl space.... gentlemen who installed were very knowledgeable and professional. Very satisfied with finished product.

The men came in and took out the old furnace and installed a new furnace and our 1st central air unitIf I was this business, I'd hire these gentlemen in a minute, totally professional!

Efficient, polite and courteous service. I was not an easy customer to deal with, but Chad was patient and addressed all of my concerns and Pat the installer did a fantastic job in a very tight space without damaging my finished basement. Thanks, guys! It was a bit pricey, but well worth it.

Beware of the salesman Chad. He will tell you anything to get the order then after you sign the dotted line it and pay for the equipment it becomes a different story. Not a good way to do business.
After speaking with Ron Postma and he listened to my concerns he addressed them and came up with a solution. Have had warranty work done and they were quick responding and problem repaired. I would recommend mend them now
