Postma sized and installed a new boiler for the house. The installation was a promised - no hidden extras. The workers were polite, punctual and thorough. My heating bills dropped by 1/3.

Filled out a form online. Krista contacted me immediately. Got Barry out right away. He was very professional as well as thorough. Needed to order a part. Did so right away. Part came in and Krista set up a first call for us. Jason came out first things and noticed we needed a front panel. He called it in right away and was able to get bzck within an hour or 2. He got it fired up and working. Again. He was professional and respectful. Seems like a common theme with Postma. I was very pleased we didn't get nickelled and dimed as I must admit, I was expecting it. However. Our experience was amazing and we will need heater maintenance in the fall and we will be calling Postma. Thanks for making our experience one to remember.

Two men for two days, were very respectful of being in my home to work, totally cleaned up when they were finished, even did a little extra by hooking up my new dehumidifier in the basement. Our furnace died on a Saturday in January and their technician came over almost immediately after being called, but alas the poor thing was pooched. He called Chad and a meeting was scheduled for first thing Monday. Chad arrived right on time and we went over what we wanted and what he could offer us. He went over each of the Lenox products and pointed out the benefits of each. We choose their top model, never once feeling any salesman pressure. The installation team showed up at 7:00 the next day and went straight to work. Let me tell you that those lads can work. Everything was removed and replaced by 2:00PM drop cloths packed only after a full cleanup and our inspection and a demonstration of how the new thermostat works. It's hard to find a good product or people you can trust to do good work, so if you ever have to replace your furnace you can count on all tha lads at Postmas Heating And Cooling to do it right.......Bruce

I recommend Chad very highly, he even suggested I apply for an energy rebate and I ultimately received a significant cheque from Union Gas along with much lower heating bills. The Postma installation crew were very professional, extremely tidy, polite and really knew their stuff. I am certainly going to have Postma install my air conditioning unit this year.
