I have been working with Vamar going on two years now. The relationship began when I hired Vanar to renovate my new home. They not only did an outstanding job on the interior but also redid all of my exterior including a three level deck and astro turf. Promises were kept and everything was timely. The team at Vamar were terrific.

Vamar worked with us to assess the work needed, choose new fixtures and materials and plan the work to be done. This is the third time we have had Vamar in our home doing work - but this was our big dream project. Thanks to Vasily’s track record with us, we didnt even bother with other quotes...

The work was our kitchen/dining room living room. It was a reno we had been dreaming about for a long time. Here is what you need to know:
- Vasiliy himself and his crew showed up on time on day 1 a d got right to work. Over the course of 2 months, we had peolle here working almost every day excelt Sundays. We felt progress
- the crew were lovely and respectful of the fact we were living here during the reno.
- Vasiliy runs a big business, but he is relentless about quality and came throufh all the time on his own or sometimes at our request. He also had great design and construction ideas to address issues that inevitably arise when you start pulling apary an old house

At the end of the job when litttle odds and sods were left, he did not dissapear. He really care about thr end product.

We have one more big reno in this house and I will be calling Vamar. No doubt - and I would recomend this team to a anyone. I think Vamar is rare in the contracting business. Book them!

We had Vamar constructing finish our master bedroom washroom just few days a go.
His team was very professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. We weren’t sure at the beginning what exactly we wanted to do with our bathroom, and Vamar presented us with bunch of ideas and suggestions.

Vasiliy and his team helped us to make our dream renovation a reality with immeasurable professionalism,customer service and expertise workmanship. Vasiliy was heavily involved in the design process to ensure we maximized the benefits of our renovation and to stay within budget. Unforeseen issues (as with most renovations) were dealt with promptly and with a 100% honest approach. With such a big renovation we were concerned with finding the right company to do the job. After a few meetings with Vasiliy, all concerns disappeared. The crew and their workmanship exceeded our expectations. Vasiliy and his team were everything you can ask for in a contractor. Vasiliy was always prompt with communication, he had great ideas on the bathroom redesigns and never tried to upsell us on something we didn't need. He respected our budget and helped us make reasonable decisions. He took pride in his work and wasn't in it just for the money. He paid attention to all the little details. If there was something I wanted fixed, it was already done before I could even mention it to him. Vasiliy made sure to minimize the inconvenience of having all the bathrooms renovated at the same time. His team was very professional, polite and responsible. They did a great job cleaning up everyday and took care to minimize any possible damage that is typical with having any work done in a house. They went the extra mile and helped us with the little things like picking up materials and supplies so that we wouldn't have to pay for delivery.

Overall the project was done on time and on budget. We are so happy with our new bathrooms. We have had many compliments. Our next home project, Vamar will be the first person we call. We highly recommend Vamar and Vasiliy.

This was the first house my wife and I purchased that wasn't a brand new build, so we wanted to do some updating. We decided to expand the master ensuite and also redo the second upstairs bathroom. The work required opening up some spaces and redoing the plumbing to move fixtures around. As this was our first experience doing a sizeable renovation, we were nervous.

Vasily and his team were a pleasure to work with. Vasily walked us through the process, was upfront about costs and gave good recommendations for suppliers. He was accommodating of our requests to make alterations as the project materialized and we realized we wanted something different than what we planned. His consistent attitude that the customer is always right is what differentiated him from many of the other contractors which we had received quotes from, and ultimately what we felt was the best part of the experience working with him and the team. He was always responsive and reachable. We also appreciated that the team he works with were accommodating for the fact that we had young children, so they kept the house clean and safe during the renovations. Vasily also helped us with some unexpected problems that arose or minor fixes we decided to do along the way which was very much appreciated (eg. found mold in the basement which he removed and repaired the damage from a leak behind a wall).

Overall we were very happy with the results and are now inspired to do further renovations with his team. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Renovated the entire kitchen, the master bathroom, powder room and re-tiled the main floor. Started on the agreed date, demolition was done in 2 days and they started the Reno immediately. Cleaned up after themselves, courteous and always ready to answer any questions. They were willing to help out with any small issues that where not part of their scope of work. Always ready to give advice even if it meant more work for them (but not pushy about it). I used to be terrified of major renovation but this was overall a great experience and I would renovate again.

This was our first home renovation and my wife and I were quite nervous about the process. After an initial meeting with Vasiliy, we became much more comfortable with the process and he did a great job in answering the many questions we had. Vasiliy helped us throughout the selection of tiles and fixtures and gave us a firm timeline for construction start. The Reno started on time and Vasiliy and his team did an amazing job in protecting the walls, floors, and other rooms prior to starting the demo. This was one of my main concerns and I was extremely satisfied with the time they took in making sure the rest of the house was not impacted. Vasiliy took care of the many details with our input - shower glass, electrical, tiling, countertop and jams, etc. - which reduced a lot of stress. The overall project took slightly longer than anticipated however part of that was due to a bathtub delay that was our fault. Ultimately, the entire job was completed based on the agreed upon scope. Vasiliy and his team went to extraordinary lengths to resolve all issues we had and ensure we were completely satisfied with the result. The entire team exceeceded all expectations. Our master Ensuite is complete without any outstanding issues. Vasiliy is an amazing contractor and has a fantastic team - we would definitely choose VAMAR for our next Reno and we would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
