Same Day Appliance Repair

I called on Tuesday afternoon regarding my Samsung dryer making a screeching noise. They were able to make my appointment for the same day. Mike was the technician who came out to fix my dryer, and from the moment he called me to let me know he was on the way, he was nothing short of professional! He came within the first hour of my scheduled appointment time and was done in a little over an hour. He let me know right away what he thought the issue was with my dryer, and he was correct once he got into taking it apart.
He let me know what the cost would be for the part and his labor. It took him a little over an hour to fix it, but it was well worth it. I think the cost quoted me was reasonable. They also warrant the part and labor. I hope to not have any more appliance issues, but should I do, I know who I will be calling. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience! I would definitely recommend you to anyone who asked for suggestions on appliance repair.
