Rycon Roofing

I had contacted Rycon roofing for an estimate on a small porch roof. I was given a free estimate and did not feel pressured at all to have any work done.

Once I have the O.K, the work was done in a matter 24 hours.. I have never experienced this type of geniuty.

Do not hesitate to call Dale as he has proven to be efficient, reasonable, and provide quality work. I needed new shingles on big shed and repair to eavesdrop on my house. He came right away to take a look and fixed it for me with over and above service than what I asked for. He was respectful and came with a professional friendly attitude no matter what was encountered that day. Definitely a go-getting professional very passionate about his job. Dale was very reliable and communicated well throughout the project. He produced a detailed quote with no surprises and took the extra time to order the materials for me so I had no trouble picking them up. He also took photos throughout the process and explained what the issues were and how he was going to repair them. I felt that the roofing job was in good hands with Dale of Rycon roofing and I am happy with the result. The cost was reasonable and honest as opposed to quotes from other companies/individuals I got for this job. Dale and his sister also came promptly to fix a leak before replacing the roof, which saved my ceiling.

I needed a roof repair due to damage from a high wind storm. I called 10 different roofing guys who wouldn't call back/ not show up/ or give ridiculously high quotes. When I called Dale at Rycon, he took the time to understand my need, gave me a fair quote, and committed to a time to. Come and do the repair. He actually showed up a few minutes early which is soo rare these days. Very impressed. Rycon will be my go to for any roofing needs. Highly recommended!!!

Had an excellent experience with Dale. After struggling to get roofers to even come look at my leaking roof, Dale had constant communication throughout the quote and job process. It's nice not to be left wondering when your contractor might show up which is often the case.

I bought materials, and Dale did everything that was documented in our quote, even went above to install new roof caps in the effected areas without asking for more $. Did an excellent job, took pictures as promised, and the repair looks like the original roof.

I saw him working on my neighbors roof and asked if he would have a look at mine as I had some shingles come off. He said no problem. Once he finished the neighbors roof he had a look at mine gave me a quote and we set up a repair date. On the day of he called ahead of time showed up on time and did the work at the agreed price.
