Smarco replaced 2 HVAC fan coil units in my mother's apartment last November. One of the ACs didn't work and it's sweltering hot. One call to Smarco, the company immediately reached out to one of the technicians. The HVAC units installing technicians were great and this technician was equally professional and friendly. Purchased a new Carrier Furnace last month, and very satisfied with the purchase price and installation. Saved about $900.00 compared to other competitors. David took time to explain in detail how the rebate works and he is always a phone call away . Installation was done professionally and the unit is working just fine.

Trevor came over to look at the old A/C unit and suggested a replacement is the best option. After we talked about cost and timeline, we decided to go ahead with a new York 2-ton A/C unit. Trevor was very professional in dealing with the situation. Within 2 days, a new A/C was up and running beautifully. There was no pressure salesmanship but friendly and knowledgeable approach. He even came over the next day it was installed to ensure that the unit is running ok and even suggested ways of improving better flow throughout the whole house. Richard came to quote what was intended to be a small job, relocating a few Duct lines in our basement as part of a larger basement renovation were in the middle of.
Right away, he came and identified a few easy fixes that would help solve the problems we identified. But we also mentioned to him some concerns we had with air-flow to the second floor of our old (~90 year old) house. While doing this work was not in our original scope of project, Richard gave us some great advice as to how we could fix the problem and greatly increase the air flow to make it much more comfortable in summer and winter.
Based on his advice we decided to go ahead with the larger project and we are thrilled that we did.
Richard's team came in to start working only a few days after they initially came to quote and worked quickly, efficiently and were a pleasure to deal with. They reduced impact to our main and second floors as much as possible (dirt, dust, noise...etc) and at the end of the day we have seen a huge improvement to the comfort of our second level.
We are extremely satisfied with the work they have done also just how helpful and nice Richard was to deal with. The price they gave us was really a great value for the work we accomplished and we would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to do future projects.

The work is good in general. However, I feel a bit expensive as I have to pay more than $500 after government rebate.
