I contacted Kenetic Energy for a quote for a ductless air conditioning/heat pump system for my ICF home. The company responded promptly and set up an appointment to come and assess my requirements. When Michael showed up (on time I may add), he thoroughly explained all the options to me. He didn't rush the process and was willing to answer all my questions with complete explanations.

When the installation was proceeding, Michael again explained all the steps that would occur and what I could expect. This not only was good for my piece of mind, but showed respect for me as a home owner.

We were delighted with Kenetic Energy's installation of our new Heat Pump. Although we have an old cottage, Kenetic Energy took the time to ensure the best solution was created and the end result was better than expected. The Ductless Heat Pump is really quiet and has fantastic circulation. Plus the quality of the installation was top notch, very neat and blends in nicely with our cottage. Our neighbour is an energy consultant and he told us the make of Heat Pump was top notch and best installers are key to the success. Truly a 5 star job!

This guys will be our furnace goto from now on... we had doyle plumping and heating come in to look at our combination outside wood oil furnace , after 15 to 20 min. Was told that the furnace was 30 years old and the part needed was no longer available and that we needed a new furnace. We were still able to use the oil part so desided to get a second opinion and had kenetic come in. Within 15 minutes they had the problem figured out. It was not even close to what doyle had said. Kenetic was here for around 1.5 to 2 hours making sure that both wood and oil was working right and only charged 243.00 Parts included compared to the 163.00 From doyle for about 15 min. Of doing nothing

Just after Christmas this year our furnace started acting up. Had guys from kinetic energy out that got our old furnace working. Then that afternoon sent us a quote for a new furnace. Had the new furnace put in 3 weeks later. Very professional service and friendly staff, who were knowledgeable about the product they were installing. Would definitely recommended them.
