Sign Roofing did a roof replacement for me. I had 7 quotes from different companies; the quote from Sign Roofing was one of the most reasonable, but not the cheapest. I chose Sign Roofing for two reasons: First, the sales rep Yong was very careful and thorough in explaining different options and details of the process, and overall created a very positive impression about the company. After speaking with him, I felt that I could trust this company, that they are interested in doing a good work, without "cutting corners". Second, I checked their reviews, which were uniformly favorable.
My expectations were fully satisfied. They arranged the job within two weeks from signing the contract, as promised. They came in the morning, fully prepared; Yong informed me about all details, and updated me several times on the progress throughout the day; all the work was completed in one day. They thoroughly cleaned the territory after the work, and were attentive to some additional requests that I made. I recommend this company to others without hesitation.
