Century Home Multifamily Reno and Knob and Tube Replacement
HGL came in to 1) separate the electrical to the 3 units, upgrade the service to the building and add 3 meters; 2) replace the knob and tube for the existing units; and 3) wire the newly built units of the building. HGL had done commerical work for business before, so I brought them in for this next more complicated residential job as well.
This was a big and 'hairy' project, complicated by the rewiring of the existing 2nd and 3rd story unit of the building. 'Limit the damage to the existing unit' I asked and they did!
Like they say, 'you never know what you will find with a reno'...but HGL stuck with it and did a great job for us! Thanks guys.
